A hidden gem. Very friendly staff, fast and attentive service, and the food was very good!
Unfortunately, this place just wasn’t for me. The food was flavorless, and the air quality inside was poor. I walked out with itchy eyes and nose, and even noticed what appeared to be dog hair, likely from the cloth seats. I’ve given this place two tries, and it still didn’t meet expectations. While I truly enjoy supporting small businesses, this one didn’t make the cut for me. The chips seemed bagged, the salsa tasted like it was made from canned tomatoes, and the cecina lacked flavor. The service itself was fine, and I understand everyone’s experience can be different, so I encourage others to try it for themselves. That said, this place is a no for me.
Service was great (provided salsa & chips while I waited even though I got takeout). Tacos were average. Chicken was better than beef. Cured beef tasted almost unseasoned.
